Healing Begins with the Desire to Change
You become what you think about. Every thought carries with it a chemical reaction within your physical body. Negative thoughts carry harmful chemicals such as cortisol, a vital hormone that is often referred to as the “stress hormone,” and epinephrine (also referred to as adrenaline), which like all other stress hormones has a suppressive effect on the immune system and ultimately leads to “Dis-Ease.” (According to the Journal of the American Medical Association 94% of ALL visits to the doctor are stress related.)
Stress leads to exhaustion, anxiety, depression and insomnia. It also triggers a range of serious illnesses including heart disease, stroke and cancer. You can learn how to manage stress by using meditation and other relaxation techniques, and be healthier, happier… and possibly even save your life.
Our speech, actions and relationships with others flow from the thoughts we hold. When you become aware of your thinking and learn to keep it positive, you create the profound change that you desire. Those who are positive have a longer life expectancy, are healthier, happier, and people enjoy being around them.
Jane Ehrich demonstrates how balancing Body, Mind and Spirit is essential to profound change. She uses meditation, guided imagery, and positive affirmations- along with her own life challenges, experiences and revelations to guide others to achieving a life filled with Health, Happiness, Inner Peace, and Love.
Meditation induces a sense of Peace, Calm, and Clarity, relaxes the body and mind, and also awakens creativity, allowing healing and transformation to occur. The benefits of Meditation come with practice. When you are in a state of Meditation, your have the ability to access the field of Infinite Possibilities, which is the best way to restore balance to your life. Through the practice of Meditation, you are able to discover the realm where all things are possible.
Researchers at UCLA report that the practice of meditation stopped the decline of CD4 T-cells in HIV-positive patients suffering from stress, slowing the progression of the disease. Meditation encourages people to focus their minds and attention on their bodies, their breathing and their immediate environment in the present moment and thus avoid thinking about the past or the future. Meditation is a useful intervention for people with life-threatening illness, including heart disease and cancer.
